No Highwayman name is 1950's . I think it is a 'MU' -- Last edit: 2015-01-28 14:19:43 |

I have looked on the National Fairgound Archive's website and there are lots of tractors that look like these two, none of them called anything other than Scammell, or Scammell Tractor. They are also referred to elsewhere as "xx MU" where the xx number is 12 or 15, which may be a gross weight. The one thing these definitely aren't, is a Showtrac. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/carl.barlow/showtrac.html -- Last edit: 2015-01-28 15:27:52 |

15MU Appears pre 1946 they are MU's. 1946 on they were LA's until Highwayman introduced ,see- http://www.aecsouthall.co.uk/ymu/00_mu.htm -- Last edit: 2015-02-02 07:32:13 |
