dsl ◊ 2013-12-22 12:42	Possibly Coastguards livery or similar - compare this Vanguards model Hillman Imp (which has additional Coastguard lettering and an emergency blue rooflight instead of yellow. Depending on location, the other idea is that they might be Customs vehicles at an airport (there's a 2nd one behind)??
