1973, not 1974. It has the old bumpers. And "texasgelb" was available only in 1972 and 1973.

Not for me. For me it looks like the 1973-only bumper. All the plastic junk at the edges and the holders is missing. Plus the fact, that it's "texasyellow" - which was not in the 1974 colour range any more :p

I did - the car here is clearly a 1973-only Super Beetle! :o Despite the already mentioned "texasyellow" you can perfectly note, that the bumper is, as at your example, unter the lock for the engine-lid. At the 1974-version the bumper covers the lock there. And again: no plastic applications at the bumper edges.
The missing overriders mens nothing, as they were an optional extra.
