Benoto is the make -- that bit was easy! :)
I am not sure which model it is. Benoto is known for it's mobile drilling machines.
The word in the black oval reads 'Artois' or 'Astois', but I have no reference for this.

I was thinking that Benoto was the name of firm that destroys the car...And yes it's "Artois" that's writed.
