Hard to trust a page that calls "Suburban" a panel ;)

• As "Action Line" C/K-Series started in 1967, could the rear side reflector the clue that makes this model a 1968 one? When did these reflectors become mandatory?
• Couldn't it be a GMC panel too?
• If a Chevrolet, is it really possible to tell the difference between a C/K-10 panel and a C/K-20 one, as both share exactly the same dimensions?
