Oct 1962 - Oct 1963 by the wipers. 'Clap hands' wipers discontinued replaced by parallel arms with the passenger's pivot in totally different position. In October 1963 the combined flasher-side lights introduced, however not unusual for car's lighting to be up-graded. (Could the holes be for redundant separate flashers?) According to my infomation in September 1961 the glove compartment lids were removed? |

Mine too. If this is an older car updated to 62+, there is no sign of removed semaphores on body side. |
