 This is going to be a bit messy ...... Basically Brond uses an all-black Granada in all episodes which matches his black gloves, coat and suit (well he is really evil). But it's actually 2 cars - one being a full blown Ghia X (introduced April 84) with all the bells, whistles and cowcatchers - as main (ep3, 13-58) and rear badge but seen at various points in ep1 (1st thumb below) and then ep3:

(noted that Ghia X did have grey interior as standard)

But there is a second black Granada with the same 218 SMV plate, but without extra front lights - seen in eps 1&2:

218 SMV plate now on a BMW 735i (and what sort of spy/spook drives round in a car with a cherished combination plate!?!); I wonered if it could be a cut down prefix plate, but the only possible combination C218 SMV was a red Metro L.
