 Fiat 125 (looks for the 1969+ S side vent) or 1972-1975 Polski Fiat/Nasr 125. The way how the overriders are visible suggests more the Italian car.

EDIT: Oh silly me! The place of the filler cap lid, which I originally ignored for unknown reasons, clearly says Nasr 125 made from the Polish parts. :/
