Looks like a fourgonette to me.

I can't decide.

Oh, the pic of the Type H disappeared!
Dommage… I found funny to see such an unsophisticated van under the Constellation wing.

No rear side windows, so indeed a Fourgonnette ;)

Ben, justement… I'm not sure that there are no rear side windows. The darkness could be provoked by an object —a vehicle?— in the axe, behind those windows.
More: when slow motionning the sequence, no appearance of the roof and square angle at the upperside of the back of a fourgonnette, when it should show if it was a van.

I haven't seen the movie nor other pictures of this vehicle. But the division between glass and no glass fits perfect with the Fourgonnette idea. Also a Fourgonnette would be much more logical on an airport area than a 2 door sedan...

The probability to have a Fourgonnette is superior, indeed. But probability is not facts. This could be the car of an hôtesse de l'air's boy friend. Or even husband. (Mmmmh… I'm not sure they were allowed to be married in these cruel times… Let's stick to 'boy-friend'.)

That DidierF, he don't give in, does he? Would they allow the air hostess' crush's car airside?

No but wait, actually, the boy friend is in fact a succesful young executive of Air France, he can do all he wants, but he's riding a Juvaquatre because he doesn't want the air hostess knows he is a powerful man: he wants to be loved for himself, you know?
… Well, I admit that going undercover, he could choose to drive a Fourgonnette instead of a sedan.

Yes, I agree with you: a young executive choosing a fourgonnette to win the love on an air hostess is too far-fetched. Let's stick to the sedan.

Bon? ca y est? on peut revenir à la camionnette? :D
C'est de toute évidence une Juva Camionnette 300kg d'avant 1953, car pas de renfort de toit au dessus du pare-brise.

By the way, as I was talking about theunsophisticated Type H close to the Constellation, here is the pic:

Er… No, this is Brigitte Bardot (all dressed up, to keep minds cool) in "La vérité"… Here is the Type H, between Gabin and the air hostess (who is in a hurry to join her boy-friend, since she has seen the sedan in waiting):
