7V probably is the one you're thinking of, but this isn't one. The front wheel isn't Ford pattern, and the cab is very Commer. |

Link to "archive.commercialmotor.com" Panels at the sides, front and rear display the name of the journal on behalf of which the vehicle is operating. 1937-1946 Commer N4, N5, LN4, LN5. or most likely by the low appearance a PN4 passenger chassis.
