It looks like there is repeater at the front of the wing (and not above the wheel arc.) - like in the Fiat 2300. Although it is a bit "stretched" somehow" - maybe due to reflection of light... Also seems there are rubber inserts in the overriders - like in the 1963+ 2300 Lusso - in this case it can be a Nasr 2300 - the only model of this range of Fiats mentioned to be assembled in Egypt.
