Silver Cloud III, but I'm leaving it as unknown until we identify the coachbuilder (I don't think a convertible version was a standard model for the SC3)

According to my source reference this is the drophead conversion carried out by H J Mulliner, or, by the time this car was built, Mulliner Park Ward, on the Standard Steel Saloon.

1963-1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III Drop Head Coupé by H.J.Mulliner. Basically an adaption of the standard saloon, carried through from the Silver Cloud I, but during Silver Cloud III production the Rolls-Royce variant of the Bentley S3 Continental Park Ward body became available both as Fixed Head Coupé as well as Drop Head Coupé, effectively superseding it. The version based on the standard saloon remained available, though, most examples seem to be produced in 1963.
