It's a one-digit Autobahn-number and the name on top seems to be "Arnheim" and under it probably "Hannover" with annother one-digit-Autobahn-number. At the Kreuz Oberhausen the A3 goes north to Arnheim and the A2 begins. The A2 goes eastwards until Poland. Maybe on the Polish side it's already finished. Then you can go on it directly to Weasel1984-town.
