Brazilian Alpine were also very rare in Brazilian movies. I found this car very similar to the A110 French Alpine, with those extra headlights and the absence of the air entrance after the door, which was a reference to identify A108. May I ask you these questions below?

Did the Bulgarian factory sell both types, A108 and A110?

Could this one be an A110?

It is A110 indeed. It was assembled since 1967.

Edit: The interesting thing from the Bulgarrenault/Alpine Brochure:

In fact it doesn't mention the "A110" name at all, the car is simply called "Bulgaralpine Berline" (of course it is still a version of the Alpine A110)... So maybe we can list it this way and move the "A110" to the code field? But like for now let's simply add the "Berline" to the model name.
