 It's an Innocenti and the more basic trim combined with these wheels and the design of the indicator repeater seem to identify a 1965+ I4.

 Innocenti. BMC versions never imported before 1971 when only the Austin 1300 GT and the Morris 1300 Traveller (both Mk III) came until 1974.
