 Probably Rover Mini Cooper, Mk7 [ADO20], 1997+. Has GB plate but not sure it was a UK-supplied car - number plate lights are non-UK format - maybe a Japanese version - even a sunroof special edition?? Tints and handlebar bumpers from Mini accessories list, but does not have 13" Sportpack wheels.
