karoomay ◊ 2012-01-07 17:18	How is this a 1991 model? I tried looking up the plate on www.bar.ca.gov by typing in both 5ORV725 & 5QRV725 and found nothing.

The plate is a fake/prop plate. California doesn't use I, O, or Q as the first or third letter in the three-letter sequence. Prop plates do use those letters to make them invalid, like using a 555- phone number.
