I don't know the Aus-built Hunter names and trim levels as I can't find a proper listing , but they changed them around a lot with new names and annual changes - more than in UK. Closest I can find for this one with chromed grille centre is 1969 Hunter Royal HC - http://www.sa.hillman.org.au/JMcRae.htm . Nice alloys here, but no idea if original Aus fit. Note also diagnostic Aus-only position for side badge on wing below the side trim - UK was on door above trim line. -- Last edit: 2012-05-03 22:46:34 |

As set in the past, it'sc rather unlikely, that you can purchase fried Snickers-bars at the haute cuisine-trailer on the left? Can anyone identify the make? Of the trailer, not the menu. |

Useful thumb - shows non-standard alloys - and means this is a different Hunter from the pair in /vehicle_448828-Hillman-Minx-Phase-VIIIa-1957.html . On that page the distant one looks tasty - has Rostyles and black rear panel - /vehicle_448830-Mercedes-Benz-S-Klasse-W126-1986.html - which means possibly Hunter GT. -- Last edit: 2012-08-12 12:14:34 |

Having helped organise the cars for this movie I can confirm that both Hunters are 1969 models. The blue one (driven in the movie) is a standard Hunter, the purple / grey one is a GT. Both came out of the factory with steel rims and hubcaps. The owners have changed the wheels. |
