How do you tell the difference between a Reo M 35 and an AM General M 35? |

Well, all trucks in movies, filmed before AM General was established, can't be AM General. Also, more recent movie - more chances to get AM G. |

There aren't many differences that are visible (we usually just list them broadly as AM General even if they are older in movies made after the 1970s). One distinguishing feature between early (usually listed as Reo) and later (listed mostly as AM General, some as Kaiser-Jeep) is the positioning of the headlights- early models have their headlights mounted lower. -- Last edit: 2011-10-23 01:37:50 |
