This is indeed the 1922 3 litre Métallurgique Sport entered in the Belgian Grand Prix of 1922 .It was a s.o.h.c. four .Although they did not win at the Grand Prix the 3 litre Métallurgiques averaged 139.8 km/h ( Quenne) and 137.6 km/h ( Cheville) on flying kilometer races with 3 liter chenard and Walckers as rheir main competitor.It stands here left of Baron de Tornaco's 3 litre Imperia Abadal. |
