park-ward ◊ 2012-02-27 09:46	#PRX4773 was delivered to the British Embassy in Oct 1973. May be it was used in that 1974 film ?? There weren't so many PVI in Russia at the time... I even think it was the only one !

slon95 ◊ 2017-10-29 01:06	Obviously, before the creation of this computer police base (in 80s?), accounting of cars was conducted in some other form, probably in paper form. In the computer base were those cars, which had these number plates at the time the database was created.
