Some 1983, or later, based rally car - metal bumpers of C trim (mirror seems to be even later or one of "alternatives" or rally customization). Not necessary 2000, there were also rally 1500, 1.5 Turbos and 1600, especially when Group B was cancelled. The C bumper was used since 1985 (or 1984), mirror seems since 1986.
