This is the vehicle used to bomb the American embassy in Nairobi, although the bombers actually used a Nissan Atlas in real life.

south african production? Headlights are usualy used in the bus versions...

It's left hand drive, so I'm 99.9% sure it wasn't made in South Africa. The headlamps could have been replaced.

Maybe it was produced in South Africa, but not made for South Africa... !? But right, the headlights could even be replaced...

Here's a T3 pick-up in Sweden with rectangular headlamps (not original, according to ingo, but easy to install):

I'm not sure, if ever in South Africa any Pick Up's and Doka's were built. I think, rather not. And as Gag wrote, in ZA they only produce RHD-version.

This was filmed in Morocco, so it's surely an used export from Europe.

Blur of a sidemarker visible in badlymad's thumb, so Canadian-spec.

Gamer wrote Blur of a sidemarker visible in badlymad's thumb, so Canadian-spec.

But that's not the same car as in the main shot, is it?

It is the same one, but it definitely does not have side markers. As ingo said, this was filmed in Morocco.
