This car belonged to Dr. Jennifer Melfi (Lorraine Bracco), and it appears once in episode 1.12 "Isabella" when Tony meets her in her car at night to ask if she revealed his identity to anyone. |

I'm guessing she had two cars. I always found it strange that she replaced her newer Jaguar with an older Saab. After Season 1, she is only seen driving the Volvo S70 which presumably replaced both the Jag and Saab. |

No problem, and I just realized that it's indeed a goof. Tony was actually heading to Melfi's appointment during that scene.
