Looks like a Custom 500 or a Galaxie. Not sure if Custom 500's came as 4 door hardtops though, which this car appears to be.

A Galaxie should have a bit of trim where the C-pillar meets the body.

That trim is not present here so it's most likely in the Custom line.

There were no hardtop sedans in the Custom line. This is either a Galaxie or and LTD with missing trim.

EDIT: the second thumbnail pic shows off the grill better and it's of an LTD model.

No, the car you are using as an example is a 4-door "pillard" sedan not a hardtop sedan.
