These double lamp-kit was regular for the bigger W 108's and the W 109. And it was an original Mercedes Benz-extra. A lot of owners have "pimped" their 250 or 280 with them. At least, because their light is better than the basic front lamps. They are H4, sealed beam only in the USA and Japan.
