It seems these European vehicles (2 Seicentos, Panda, Focus) were inserted from some stock photo or footage shot in Italy, it's even repeated on the left background. DX612DF is an Italian plate and it returns: FIAT SEICENTO / 600 1.1 Anno immatriculazione : 06/2009 Litri 1.1 L Energia Benzina Codice motore : 187A1000 Potenza del motore 40 KW, 54 CV Cilindrata Motore (CC) 1108 cc VIN : ZFA18700001310573 Brand FIAT Name SEICENTO [SEICENTO (1998-2010)] MVS 187.043.2.0 MVSDesc 1100 MPI CF3 600 GAMMA 2005 EngineNo 4834570 Date 30/3/2009 SpecialVersion NO SPECIAL VERSION (LV0) Engine 1108 MPI (M3) Variant 600 (V40) Trimcolor PAN-648 FRONT DOOR PANEL LIGHT GREYSED-293 SEAT LINING GREY/IVORY MATERIAL 2009 600 Active. |

This 600 was scrapped on 13/01/2012, and its plate was issued in Genova, so, even if I wasn't able to find the exact picture, the event should be the Genova flood of November 2011: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alluvione_di_Genova_del_4_novembre_2011 |

Bux's analysis is spot on. Taken from this Associated Press (AP) photo that was used by several news outlets: Center right, light blue pasted under the yellow Panda: looks like a 2005+ Scion tC Center left, burned: Global-spec Ford Focus? Left, gray with damaged front end: North American 2008+ Honda Accord Coupe Left, white turned on its side: Ford F-150 |

Thank you for finding the original picture I checked several italian articles but I didn't find the exact one, it seems it had more use in international press. Yes, the burned car is an Euro Focus II hatchback. |
