May or may not be the same one in all photos, but PUE 402 plates (Warwickshire, June Sept 1954) were widely used by LR advertising for towing farming stuff. Footage also used in (1985??) ep of "The Car's The Star" - https://youtu.be/xC_Uahx_niU?t=528 .
