I've been leaning towards a 1932 Pierce-Arrow, but somehow that would seem too luxurious for a taxicab. |

It is too small to be a Pierce-Arrow. The radiator is confusing as I think it has been customised a bit. The rest of the body fits with a 1927-28 Checker Model G6 landau cab. |

I could swear I saw a grille like this before, but it was on a truck. |

It ios a bit like the grille on the DeVaux but the rest of the car is definitely Checker. |

Mmmh… These 'organ pipes' across the bonnet… M.P. Moller Paramount, more likely, no? -- Last edit: 2016-01-17 02:24:13 |

This is a 1930 Paramount produced by the H.P. Moller Company of Hagerstown, MD http://www.coachbuilt.com/bui/m/moller_mp/moller_mp.htm |
