Not certain that Regent III is quite right, and I would suggest just Regent. Please read this - https://www.keybuses.com/article/when-titans-chased-tails-st-class-regents and see what you think. Certainly the original chassis pre-dated the Regent III, but that chassis no longer exists. The body post-dates the original chassis and adds yet a a further level of complexity to the story.
