1934 Frazer Nash, nicknamed "Another Straitjacket" on account of its original owner being something of a madman behind the wheel.

It seems to be a race car without specific name; just "Frazer Nash Single Seater" and the chassis number here 2114.

"Brothers Frank and Jack Norris created two successful Alvis-engined Frazer Nash racing specials, both still active in VSCC events, both cars on Frazer Nash chassis. The first, a red Monoposto powered by a 1½-litre four-cylinder supercharged Alvis overhead-camshaft engine, registered AYD 307, chassis 4629. The second was this blue monoposto, powered by an Alvis Speed 25 engine fitted by the Brothers in 1937." from here

This blue one started as a 1934 TT Replica, driven by Philip Fontana Jucker and painted gold when it got the "Another Straitjacket" nickname as mentioned. Raced by various owners until WW2, then left dormant until 1947 until the Norris brothers got hold of it and rebuilt with an Alvis 3571cc straight six from a Speed 25, and it's still unchanged today. Source here but it's a bugger to read successfully.
