Still blood and mud but few medium shot. No glory. No excessive pathos. Women centered but not in the 'western style' way. As usual, with time stamp.

Surprising Russian war movie : war centered on human faces and reverse point of view shot (especially inside cockpits). Still blood and mud but few medium shot.
No glory. No excessive pathos. Women centered but not in the 'western style' way.
