 Also this is a [W 110], but camouflaged with loads of extras which didn't usually belonged to that model.
Those extras are the upper bumpers (from the W111-series), extra chromed strips between the grille and the head lights (also from the W111-series) and after market fog lights.

This is a 1962+ Mercedes-Benz 190 c (if petrol) or 190 Dc (if Diesel).

Is this some kind of diplomatic car, because of the signs on the roof and to the left of the LH fog light, or is it a Taxi?
