 Probably a Renault or maybe Saviem? :think: This one comes pretty close, in case someone happens to recognize what it may be.

Not a bad suggestion at first sight, but firstly it's very unlikely that a Spanish bus made it all the way to Turkey, and secondly, this was filmed in 1967. I think Tron is on the right track.
