 I believe (but I'm not absolute certain) this is at least a 1967+ Citroën DS 21 Pallas Link to "en.wikipedia.org" (more information next to the picture at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citro%C3%ABn_DS ).

...but I also imagine it could be a DS 23 or possibly a newer model with the 1967 design elements.
