This is actually a 1972 Ford LTD Convertible which is actually Dirty Harry's personal and private car. The Ford LTD which is actually the higher top of the line model then the Ford Galaxie 500. This Ford LTD which actually has Whitewall tires and hubcaps. It's funny that if you watch the movie very carefully, there are 2 of these '72 Blue LTD convertibles used. When he is in his parking garage at his appartment the one that is "his" in the back ground has body side moldings, and you'll notice the one he drives that day, and to the firing range does not..... |
