If you compare the height against the musicians, it looks more like Baby Austin. It has rhd as well, but is not an easily recognisable type. -- Last edit: 2022-01-24 14:37:57 |

Have checked some BMW Dixi Roadsters but couldn't find one with those wings. So go with John, than. |

Any possibility of Rosengart version of baby Austin?? I think early Rosengarts were RHD?? |

The Rosengart had a ribbon style radiator with inset flat areas top and bottom, /vehicle_1346776-Rosengart-5CV-LR47-1934.html so not at all like the subject vehicle. However, the badge on the subject car does not look the right shape for Austin wings. I think that this leaves two options open: 1. It’s one of the first 100 Rosengarts made from Austin parts. 2. It’s a BMW Dixi 3/15ps. Plus a wild card, somebody has done quite a neat job of updating a Nippy, maybe using parts from an American Austin. https://www.conceptcarz.com/z22743/american-austin-coupe.aspx -- Last edit: 2022-01-25 09:21:52 |
