1953 Roadmaster/Riviera?

You're right. Roadmaster convertible 76C. The only convertible that cost more than this one was the venerable Skylark. Here we see a spectacular set of Kelsey-Hayes chrome wire wheels. Riviera is not part of the name.

These are wire wheelcovers, they were a popular option on all 1953 Buicks except the Roadmaster Skylark that got the standard Kelsey Hayes wire wheels.

The Kelsey Hayes wire wheels became available as an option on other Buick series in 1954-55.

Neat, I'll have to look closer at the differences!
