| The left van is an english 1930 Ford AA panel van on the 131 1/2 inch wheelbase chassis .The right tourer is a typical english design of the mid-twenties .Several aspects : shape of radiator cowl ,low mounted headlights with straight crossbar ,plain disc wheels , form of the top match those of a late 1924/5 Cubitt model K 16/20 hp tourer ( Cubitt Engineering Co.Ltd Aylesbury Buckinghamshire) but the picture is small.In the country of bacon and eggs good brakes are essential.Imagine this would happen on the Champs Elysées... |
