Yes, very odd car to see in New York, especially since it's pretty much a trike bike with a van body mounted on top... possibly an English businessman moved to America and bought his van with him? |

Nothing found about sales to US, but Regent has book mentions for exports to places such as Czechoslovakia and Israel. There was also the 1952+ Prince Regent version as an 8cwt model, which with UK tax threshold being 6cwt, was targetted at non-UK markets. |
