First, I thought about a Kässbohrer Setra S140, but this one seems to bear the letters "Pegaso" on its back. |

You were close anyway - Setra-Seida on Pegaso chassis. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExWRbbQB8oc |

What a license-plate it shall be? It's made with German tools. |

Not made with german tools It's a spanish plate (From Asturias), post 1987 style (bus is from 1967) The bus is a Setra-Seida S14. Built by Seida in Castro Urdiales (Cantabria, Spain) under Kassbohrer license. Those buses had a Pegaso engine, very powerful at the time (170bhp). -- Last edit: 2008-01-12 00:11:42 |

I've spent also several summers there in Castro. In fact i shared my address between MAdrid and Castro during 7 years. The factory is in Samano, and it's the currently Mercedes Evobus factory in Spain. They built chassis for some models, for example, the Mercedes Multego, but are no longer building complete vehicles (formerly, some Citaros and Integros were made there) |

Yes it is in an industrial state in Samano indeed, and if you stop you can see the buses' chassis down there you mean you lived in Cantabria for some time blackwalls? but i guess you are not Cántabro or are you? |
