 Has to be that way. I updated it to reflect 1996. They must give the results for the manufacture year not the model year.

 That is the VIN of a previous generation. Plate is more than likely borrowed or they grafted a new front, if possible, on a previous generation.

 The vehicle with MRY190 was junked in 2020 so finding picture of it would likely be difficult. I have already checked the last owners Facebook pages.
