 If built in PL = Classic. But hard to say without badge.
The buildings actually reminds me a former offices of Ursus tractors plant. Now the TVN have a studios there ('Taniec z gwiazdami' i inne g...).

Edit. This livery was used since ca 2001. For htb and wagon we can set code T98, T98/NB for sedan T98C - coupe/cabrio: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opel_Astra_G

 Taniec z Gwiazdami is pure gold. And many police stations are located in buildings like this, most prominently the one in Katowice in a complex of 1984 scale...
