And the first thing, hundreds of thousands Ossis have done, was buying a Western car. Of course many of them were cheatened: undead wrecks, which we Wessis would have shreddered, were sold for grotesque prices in the Zone. Indeed one of the many reasons, why still after 30 years there are differences and disputes between the Germans in West and East.
