Not a 1974. Different turn signals and grille assembly (74 lights were split horizontally and had a wider fiberglass area between the grille and hood where FORD badge is located). Also, black and white plastic trim on bumper, 74 had stainless. You can see these differences better in the photo for the Cadillac Seville. This car is 1975-78. -- Last edit: 2010-10-31 20:13:16 |

I feel it is likely a '76. Both the '74's and '75's had bright metal bumper borders. The '77's and '78's all had black-out grilles and rubber bumper borders. The '76's were hybrids - some had black out grilles, some bright. Also, early '76's may have still had metal bumper borders while later ones had the rubber ones. I believe the '77 and '78 models had the heavy argent-accented horizontal grille bars. |
