Looks like a Renault 12. But since this seems to be somewhere in Eastern Europe, it's probably a Dacia. |

Yes, probably Dacia 1300 - but the grille looks rather elaborate. BTW Ralph says it's Romania, and the other Dacia on the left has an old-type Bucharest registration. |
