From the lack of detail the general proportions of grille headlight and front wing say its a Bedford K-type. The extra-skinny tyres must be a trick of the light and high contrast I think; the woman's legs look thinner also. |

Looks possible. We used to refer to skinny wheels as bacon-slicers, i.e. like those on a basic 1200 Cortina with 5.20 x 13 tyres, or a Viva E with similar. |
