so a rare shot, as filmed in the DDR. It has DDR-plates, so no Western visitor. -- Last edit: 2018-11-04 20:46:24 |

Sorry guys, but it is Dacia 1300. Of course this way, in theory, it can be also R12, as R12s were available in some COMECON states, maybe few also exited in DDR. |

For me it is not enough sloped, in fact I do not find these parts curved at all. The place in question looks on this pic, from this angle less usual, becasue many lines (including these of crease on hood) meet each other there and cause optical illusion + there are also lights reflections. |

Maybe just an optical illusion after all. |

There are also 2 more things: 1) The grille looks for black one, in R16s with black grille the grille deco. was different: /vehicle_637112-Renault-16-R1152-1975.html 2) Even if we assume it is not black grille, then still the bottom part of R16's decoration was different than in R12/Dacia 1300, as can be seen well on your pics. |

2CV 4 for the hornlets on the rear bumpers, or so I've heard. That means it can only be 'orange ténéré', 1974-76. 'Mandarine' was introduced in 1979 - the year the 4 was discontinued. |
