I am leaning a bit out of the window but would venture to say that it is an Iranian built Land-Rover Morattab 88" Series III Station Wagon. The history about these vehicles is still a bit vague. Some sources say that CKD kits were assembled from as early as 1962 at the Morattab factory in Tehran, others say they only sold imported LRs. In 1970 or early 1970s CKD kits came from Santana. In 1995 Santana sold their Series IV / 2500 production line to Morattab.
