Agreed; model origin in Japan, not USA. |

Why Japan? This is the American Odyssey |

Yeah, I thought starting with the 2nd gen, the American Odyssey was designed for the North American market while the Japanese Odyssey of the same and following generations had a different design. Although I'm aware it was exported to Japan as LaGreat, still, as I mentioned, it was originally intended for the American market. |

Well, I was looking through these Odysseys and most of them seemed to have Japan as their model origin rather than the US. Point in case: /v699503.html /vehicle_222363-Honda-Odyssey-RL1-1999.html /vehicle_1178501-Honda-Odyssey-RL1-2000.html /vehicle_450921-Honda-Odyssey-RL1-2002.html So, do we go with Japan or the US as model origin for these vans? -- Last edit: 2018-12-02 16:14:40 |

If they were made in both places; we could probably put both flags up there? Until more evidence surfaces to pinpoint the correct location? |

They were built in either Lincoln, Alabama or Alliston, Ontario. No Japanese assembly as far as I know. So, what do we put for model origin? |
